A prominent attorney is found murdered in his home
Prominent Bremerton attorney Fred Cohen was murdered at his Port Washington Narrows waterfront home on 17th Street in Bremerton by an unknown assailant on Jan. 19, 1970. Cohen was killed by a shotgun blast, which knocked him off his side porch and on to a sidewalk. An autopsy revealed he had been hit by 58 pellets, most striking him in the chest and head.
