Patricia Ann Moore, a 10-year-old girl from Clifton, Virginia, was last seen on July 15, 1970, as she left her home to visit a friend in the neighborhood. She was wearing an orange and white striped blouse, orange shorts, and green shoes. When Patricia failed to arrive at her friend’s house, her family reported her missing, and a large-scale search was conducted.
