A woman was murdered in her home
On a spring afternoon in the small Vermont village of Saxtons River, a tragedy unfolded that would leave a lasting scar on the community. Lynda Moore, a 36-year-old Caucasian / White mother of two, was at her home on April 15, 1986. She had been seen outside earlier in the day, tending to her yard under the afternoon sun. It was a seemingly ordinary Tuesday, with her husband at work and her children at school, a routine day in the quiet life she had built.
