Death by Force

On April 6, 2007, Humberto Rodriguez, a 38-year-old Houston resident, was killed in a shooting incident that took place during the late hours of the night. Rodriguez was shot while sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Concorde Allendale Apartments, located at 4800 Allendale.
