Alvaro Obregon-Ortiz, age 34, was killed on March 24, 2008, in Houston, Texas. The incident took place in the early morning hours around 1:30 a.m. in the 2800 block of Luell. Obregon-Ortiz was shot with a shotgun, and responding officers found him at the scene. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
