Marquel Levy, a 24-year-old male from Houston, Texas, was tragically found fatally shot on March 23, 2009. He was discovered lying behind a dumpster next to a gas station at 6920 Bellfort around 7:45 a.m. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, and the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division took over the investigation. At the time, there were no known witnesses or suspects in the shooting.
