Marquel Levy, a 24-year-old male from Houston, Texas, was tragically found fatally shot on March 23, 2009. He was discovered lying behind a dumpster next to a gas station at 6920 Bellfort around 7:45 a.m. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, and the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division took over the investigation.
