On May 13, 2013, 50-year-old Jorge Vallecilla was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of West Sam Houston Parkway South. Houston Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Vallecilla with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
