Dexter Chretin, 23, was shot and killed on June 23, 2014, in Houston, Texas, while sitting in his truck outside a parole office in northwest Houston. According to police, the shooting appeared to be premeditated. Chretin had just visited the parole office and was waiting in his vehicle when he was approached by an unknown assailant, who shot him multiple times.
