On July 1, 2014, Marcus Celestine, 43, was killed in Houston, Texas. The homicide occurred outside a parole office where Celestine had a scheduled meeting with his parole officer. Following the meeting, he was shot multiple times as he sat in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. The investigation revealed that this was a targeted killing related to drug trafficking.
