Raul Llana-Arriaga, age 23, was killed on October 12, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas, in what police described as a deliberate hit-and-run. Llana-Arriaga was struck by a vehicle during an altercation. The incident occurred on the west side of the city, and Llana-Arriaga succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
