On June 25, 2016, 18-year-old male Jordan Larkin was fatally shot during an unauthorized party at Studio 74, a hip-hop dance studio in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of the morning, also resulted in the death of 22-year-old male Treavon Lewis and injuries to five others. Authorities indicated that the shooting was gang-related, with multiple individuals exchanging gunfire between the studio's parking lot and an area across the street.
