On July 20, 2016, Demarcus Tucker, aged 33, was fatally shot in the early morning hours in the Third Ward area of Houston, Texas. The incident occurred near the intersection of Napoleon and Rosalie Streets, around 4:30 a.m. According to reports, Demarcus Tucker approached a truck in which the suspect was sitting.
