Carlos Alexis Ruiz Cruz, aged 29, was killed in a fatal shooting on August 13, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred at the Marq on West 7th apartments, a complex located on Arch Adams Lane, where a dispute escalated into a deadly confrontation. Fort Worth police responded to a call around 5:40 p.m. and found Ruiz Cruz dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
