Delencia Simmons, aged 24, was found dead on October 31, 2016, in southwest Houston, Texas. Her body was discovered early in the morning on a sidewalk at 9350 County Creek Street. She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The police did not locate any witnesses, and the investigation is ongoing.
