On November 2, 2015, the bodies of 82-year-old Violet Taylor and three of her family members were discovered in their home in Pendleton, South Carolina, in what became known as the Pendleton quadruple murder. Alongside Violet, Cathy Scott (60), Barbara Scott (80), and Mike Scott (59) were found shot to death in a brutal and violent crime scene.
