On May 28, 1988, 7-year-old Michelle Norris disappeared while playing with her brothers and cousins at a playground near Captain G. Harold Hunt Elementary School in Central Falls, Rhode Island. The children were engaged in a game of hide-and-seek when Michelle suddenly vanished. Despite a frantic search, no one at the playground saw or heard anything unusual at the time of her disappearance.
