A 33 year old woman's body is found near a lake entrance in Poway, CA
On February 23, 1999, Theresa Madrigal, a 33-year-old mother of four from Riverside County, went grocery shopping and never returned home. The next day, her body was discovered near the entrance to Lake Poway, over 60 miles from her residence. Theresa had been shot multiple times, and the homicide remains unsolved. Her case has been featured multiple times in local media, and in recent years, California Governor Gavin Newsom offered a $50,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and ...
