On January 24, 2000, Nicole Weiss, aged 21, was found murdered in a gruesome and disturbing case in San Diego, California. Her body was discovered by firefighters in the parking lot of the College Avenue Baptist Church after responding to a fire. Weiss had been wrapped in cardboard, secured with rope, and set on fire.
