In the early morning hours of March 17, 2009, the quiet of a Philadelphia neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. Inside a Chevrolet Cobalt parked on the 5000 block of North Camac Street, the body of 28-year-old Anthony Jr. Adams was found.
