Robert McKee, a 24-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically murdered on September 4, 2012. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Hawthorne section of South Philadelphia. McKee was shot once in the head on the 600 block of 12th Street, not far from his home on the 1200 block of Bainbridge Street. The shooting happened shortly before 6 a.m., and McKee was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death revealed that McKee had some prior run-ins with ...
