Tyrone Thomas, a 50-year-old male, was fatally shot on October 15, 2014, in Philadelphia. At approximately 8:33 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to the 2500 block of North 19th Street, where they found Tyrone lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds to his face, arm, and abdomen. Officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
