Rasul Williams, a 38-year-old Philadelphia resident, was tragically killed in a shooting on July 7, 2015. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of gunfire on the 200 block of South 28th Street. At the scene, they discovered three shooting victims, including Williams. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was found lying on the sidewalk.
