Jerry Richardson, a 46-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically shot on February 14, 2016. At approximately 3:55 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call in the 3100 block of North 15th Street, where they found Jerry lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the back. The officers rushed him to Temple University Hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition.
