Alhassan Dore, a 19-year-old resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on July 24, 2016. The incident occurred on the 1900 block of East Washington Lane at around 6:00 p.m. Responding officers found Alhassan lying on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
