On April 23, 1995, Rebekah L. Barrett, aged 18, was tragically found injured on the side of the road in Collinsville, Oklahoma, following her attendance at her high school prom. She was discovered in the middle of Garnett Road near Union in the early hours of the morning, and an emergency call led authorities to the scene.
