On January 3, 1975, Cindy Rader, a young woman from Dayton, Ohio, was found dead in her apartment. The 17-year-old victim was discovered at her residence on Westmont Avenue in Montgomery County. Cindy's homicide has remained unsolved for decades, making it one of the oldest cold cases in the Dayton region.
