William Russia, a 26-year-old Black male, was the victim of a homicide in Cincinnati, Ohio, on March 21, 1975. The incident occurred in the vicinity of I-75 and Route 562 in Hamilton County. According to the Ohio Attorney General’s office, Russia was fatally shot at the scene, and his death was later classified as a homicide.
