On February 28, 1982, 17-year-old Sharon Ward was found dead in a cornfield along the 5100 block of Jacobs Road in Oregon, Ohio. Sharon had suffered blunt force trauma to the head and multiple stab wounds. She was last seen alive in North Toledo the night before, around 10:30 PM. The Oregon Police Department, along with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, continues to investigate this case as an unsolved homicide, and authorities are still seeking information from anyone who may have knowledge ...
