Howard Stokes was a 29-year-old man who was fatally shot on January 10, 1996, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place at 564 Stanley Avenue, located in Franklin County. The homicide was investigated by the Columbus Police Department, and despite efforts over the years, the case remains unsolved to this day.
