On March 18, 1991, Frank Finch, a 20-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was found fatally shot in his home on South Ohio Avenue. The incident occurred in Franklin County, and Finch was discovered with a gunshot wound. Despite efforts by law enforcement, the case has remained unsolved for decades, with the Columbus Police Department still seeking information that could help identify the perpetrator.
