On May 5, 1991, Mickey Oiler, age 33, was found deceased in Pomeroy, Ohio. His body was discovered in the vicinity of Liberty Lane. The Pomeroy Police Department responded to the scene, but details about the circumstances of his death have remained scarce, and the case was subsequently classified as a homicide.
