On October 11, 1995, Eugene Milton Jr., a nineteen-year-old Black female, was tragically killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place at the rear of 1938 Cleveland Avenue, located in Franklin County. Milton was shot multiple times, and despite the passage of years, her case remains unsolved. The Columbus Police Department has been investigating the homicide but has not made significant progress in identifying the person or persons responsible for her death.
