On September 5, 1998, 26-year-old Rayshon Thomas was killed in East Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred at his residence in Apartment 1103 at 15600 Terrace Road. An unknown male gained access to the apartment after being let in by a female who was present at the scene. Once inside, the intruder proceeded to rob Rayshon and the other occupants. The perpetrator tied up three individuals, including Rayshon, within the apartment.
