Jeffrey Tucker was assaulted on October 24, 1994, in East Cleveland, Ohio. The incident took place outside 14305 Shaw Avenue around 10:30 PM. Tucker was found unconscious following the attack, and he was transported to a hospital where he received emergency medical treatment. Unfortunately, he never regained consciousness and remained in the hospital for nearly three years. On April 19, 1997, Tucker passed away due to the injuries he sustained during the assault.
