Kevin Brame, a 31-year-old Dayton Police Officer, was tragically murdered on November 1, 1999, in Dayton, Ohio. Brame, a six-year veteran of the police force, was ambushed and shot outside his estranged wife's residence on Cherry Drive while he was off duty.
