Do you know who killed 20 year old Shoua Her in 2008?
Shoua Her, a 20-year-old Chico resident, was fatally shot on September 27, 2008, shortly after leaving a Hmong New Year’s celebration at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. The incident occurred in broad daylight while Her was driving near Park Avenue and 20th Street. An assailant in another vehicle fired multiple shots, striking Her several times.
