On September 8, 2001, Arthur Scarborough, a 45-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed. The incident took place at 1318 Republic Street, where Arthur was beaten to death in what remains an unsolved homicide. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to the scene, but despite the initial investigation and subsequent efforts, no arrests have been made in connection with this case.
