On March 1, 2006, Jason Wynn, aged 22, was tragically shot and killed in Avondale, Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at 521 Forest Avenue, near the parking lot of the Phillip Memorial Methodist Church. According to authorities, the shooting took place in what appeared to be a robbery, although details surrounding the incident remain unclear. Jason was pronounced dead at the scene.
