Chris Challis, a 40-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot on April 21, 2006, at 1686 Blue Rock Road. The incident took place in the Northside neighborhood of Cincinnati, near an area known for bars and local establishments. Challis, who was paraplegic, was shot in the stomach. He succumbed to his injuries two weeks later while hospitalized.
