On March 5, 2008, James Grafinreed, an 80-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was found stabbed to death inside an apartment located at 3418 Reading Road #329. The incident occurred in the same apartment where 34-year-old Takisha Maupin was also found dead, both having been brutally stabbed. The bodies were discovered at the Haddon Hall assisted living complex by a janitor, who alerted authorities to the double homicide.
