Ricky Palmer, a 50-year-old man, was killed on June 19, 2008, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in front of 411 South Ohio Avenue, where Palmer was sitting in his vehicle at approximately 1:00 a.m. when two individuals approached his car.
