Franklin L. Walker

On October 9, 2008, Franklin L. Walker, 36, was found dead inside a dilapidated house at 1988 Fairmont Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He was one of three victims discovered that morning, including Markell L. Peaks and Carol Welch.
