On October 9, 2008, Franklin L. Walker, 36, was found dead inside a dilapidated house at 1988 Fairmont Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He was one of three victims discovered that morning, including Markell L. Peaks and Carol Welch. It is believed that they were killed the night before, and the property was known for drug-related activities. Mandrell L.
