Kenneth Wise, a 49-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed on April 7, 2012, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The incident occurred late at night, and Kenneth was found unresponsive at the scene. Despite efforts by law enforcement to gather information, no arrests have been made in connection with his death.
