On July 5, 2013, 21-year-old Devante Penn was found fatally shot in the middle of Wentworth Road and Windsor Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at around 3:15 p.m., and police were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting. Despite efforts from the emergency responders, Devante was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
