On July 31, 2014, Dionte Agee, aged 30, was shot while sitting in a car at the intersection of Hawkes Avenue and West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. Dionte and a woman named Sierraerica Gabbert were in the vehicle when they were ambushed.
