On September 9, 2015, Tyler Michael Smith, age 19, was found critically injured from a gunshot wound on McAllister Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. At around 10:43 p.m., Columbus police officers were dispatched after receiving reports of an injured male being pushed out of a car. Tyler was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 11:17 p.m. Investigators are still seeking information regarding the incident and have urged anyone with details to come forward to assist in solvi ...
