On the night of July 16, 2017, Mohamed Abidraman Mead, a 33-year-old man, was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 11:35 p.m. at a location in the 100 block of E. 11th Avenue. Columbus Police officers were dispatched to the scene following reports of gunfire and shouting.
