Ronald Rousseau, a 37-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on August 20, 2017, in the driveway of his home in Cincinnati’s Westwood neighborhood. The father of three had aspirations of opening a clothing store, a dream that was cut short by a fatal bullet. According to reports, neighbors recalled hearing someone call his name, prompting Rousseau to approach them. An argument ensued, and he was shot dead.
