Abdi Elmi, aged 20, was found dead on September 2, 2008, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at Golden Gate Square in Franklin County, where Elmi was found inside his vehicle, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Columbus Police Department responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased, marking his death as a homicide. The case remains unsolved, and it is part of the Ohio Attorney General's list of unsolved homicides.
