On February 28, 1993, Ottley Roy Lloyd, also known as Peter Lloyd, was fatally shot in his apartment at Valley Ridge Apartments on North Elm Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. Several intruders forced their way into Lloyd's home before shooting him multiple times. Despite investigations, the case remains unsolved, and Greensboro law enforcement continues to seek information to bring those responsible to justice. This case has remained cold for many years, with no arrests made .
